Biography
Dawn Chan is a multimedia artist based in Hong Kong. Her background is in branding and graphic design. She graduated in MFA Experimental Animation from California Institute of the Arts, and in BA Graphic Design from Central St. Martins of the University of Arts London.
Chan’s video art and VR films has screened in festivals worldwide. Collaborative organizations include Until Reality, Making 360, Primal Future Now, Kabul Art Project, and Berang Arts Organization. Chan developed her technical skills specifically to create visceral, meditative experiences. Her training and passion in experimental narratives lends itself in VR, as she continues her explorative journey under the surface of reality.
